* The additional services listed below are charged regardless of the order value, provided they are necessary and actually utilized.
* Deliveries with a small truck (19 t) are exempt from the general shipping cost regulations, as increased transport costs may arise.
* The threshold "free delivery" applies only within the standard delivery areas offered by pv MAX. For deliveries outside these areas, it only applies with explicit confirmation in the offer or in the order confirmation. "Free delivery" solely regulates the cost bearing; the transfer of risk is governed by § 6 of the GTC.

General delivery conditions
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified, standard delivery times are Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Access / accessibility
Loading and unloading locations must be accessible for an international truck (approximately 16.5 m total length / 13.6 m semi-trailer). If a location is not accessible as required or this only becomes apparent on-site, additional costs may arise and the delivery may be delayed. Waiting times of the carrier, for which the recipient is responsible, as well as missing unloading equipment (e.g., forklift) at the delivery location will be charged based on actual expenses.
Changes and cancellations
For orders that are already scheduled for shipping and are subsequently changed, a processing fee will be charged. This amounts to at least 50.00 EUR; the final amount depends on the actual effort. For cancellations, § 5a of the GTC applies.
Second delivery attempt due to absence or refusal of acceptance
If a second trip is required due to the recipient's absence or unjustified refusal of acceptance, the additional transport costs will be charged; the transport costs can therefore amount to up to double the amount. Furthermore, § 6a of the GTC applies.
Construction-site deliveries with fixed appointment
For construction site deliveries with a binding delivery date, we reserve the right to charge additional costs after prior notification.
