The Fronius Backup Controller enables an automatic transition to full backup mode. In the event of a power cut, it automatically switches to emergency power mode and back to grid-parallel operation as soon as the grid is available. It supplies single-phase and three-phase electrical loads and ensures their power supply even when the user is away.

Furthermore, by operating loads whilst simultaneously charging the battery, it ensures maximum energy utilisation.

Space-saving installation directly in the control cabinet

The Fronius Backup Controller can be installed easily, quickly and in a space-saving manner on a DIN rail inside the control cabinet. This minimises installation effort and costs. Additional switch-over boxes, which take up a lot of space and are costly, are therefore no longer required.
