Lever flat roof mounting system

The LEVER Solar flat-roof ballast mounting system has been specially developed for the quick and safe installation of photovoltaic systems on flat roofs. Thanks to the high degree of pre-assembly – around 80 per cent – the installation effort is significantly reduced, meaning the system can be installed in just three simple steps. This saves valuable working time and reduces installation costs.

The system is suitable for both east-west and south-facing orientations, offering maximum flexibility when planning a wide variety of PV systems. It is suitable for solar modules with a maximum width of 1,134 mm and can be adapted to different system designs using various beam connector lengths (150 mm, 350 mm or 500 mm).

The folding structure is made of high-quality, anodised 6005-T5 aluminium, whilst the ballast supports and connecting elements are manufactured from corrosion-resistant Magnelis® steel (ZMA275). The EPDM rubber pads supplied offer high fire resistance, protect the roof waterproofing and create a gap between the mounting structure and the roof surface. This improves water drainage and reduces waterlogging.

A further advantage is the virtually screw-free assembly, which makes installation particularly simple and efficient. In addition, the lower support features pre-drilled holes for project-specific adjustments.
