Lever Mini Rail Kit – A flexible and cost-effective mounting solution for trapezoidal sheet metal roofs

The Lever Mini Rail Kit has been developed for the quick and secure installation of photovoltaic modules on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. The rail-free design significantly reduces material consumption and installation time, resulting in a particularly cost-effective solution for domestic and commercial PV systems.

The Mini Rail is made from high-quality 6005-T5 aluminium and is supplied with four stainless steel self-tapping screws (ST5.5 × 25, SS304) and two EPDM gaskets. The EPDM gaskets ensure a permanently reliable seal at the screw connections and protect the roof from moisture ingress.

Thanks to its multi-hole design, the system can be flexibly adapted to different trapezoidal sheet metal profiles without the need for additional machining or adjustments. The mounting system meets the requirements of EN 1991-1-4 and is designed for wind speeds of up to 35 m/s. For higher wind loads, blind rivets may alternatively be used for fastening.
