Description
The Sunny Tripower 125 is the ideal inverter for decentralised system configurations in commercial settings, right up to the megawatt range.
With an output of 125 kilowatts and 12 MPP trackers, the Sunny Tripower 125 enables highly efficient and cost-effective PV systems, both in ground-mounted installations and in complex rooftop installations
Maximum flexibility
With 12 MPP trackers and 24 string inputs, the Sunny Tripower 125 inverter is ideally suited to particularly efficient and cost-effective PV systems – whether on open-space sites or complex roof structures. Thanks to its high input current, it is ideally suited to high-power PV modules. In addition, four digital inputs allow direct connection to a radio control signal receiver.
Easy integration
The inverter utilises the latest SMA communication technology for convenient commissioning and operation. It can be easily integrated into the SMA Commercial Energy Solution – for example, with commercial energy storage systems or charging infrastructure. Diagnostics and commissioning are straightforward via the integrated Wi-Fi access. Thanks to the Webconnect interface, the inverter can be integrated directly into the Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS – ideal for systems without control requirements.
More power and higher yields
With an output of 125 kW, the inverter delivers high performance for large PV systems. The integrated SMA ShadeFix software solution ensures optimised yields even with partially shaded modules. In addition, the automatic monitoring service SMA Smart Connected enables early fault detection, thereby ensuring reliable operation.
High safety
To ensure maximum operational safety, the inverter is equipped with SMA ArcFix arc fault protection, an I-V generator diagnosis function and state-of-the-art cyber security measures for the highest level of IT security. The quick-stop input enables disconnection in under 100 ms in the event of grid faults – an additional isolating switch is not required thanks to NA protection in accordance with VDE AR-N 4105. The unit warranty can be extended to up to 20 years as an option – conveniently via the ° SMA Online Service Centre.
Compatibility
The Sunny Tripower 125, together with the SMA Data Manager M, forms a perfectly coordinated team for professional PV systems. Control functions can be implemented reliably and centrally via the Data Manager – including the simple integration of energy meters into the system. Control at the grid connection point is also precisely managed and configured via the Data Manager.
