Kostal PIKO CI G2 30 kW

The three-phase Kostal PIKO CI G2 commercial inverter, available in the 30 and 50 kW power classes, features a high system voltage and the integrated Kostal Smart AC-Switch, and is ideally suited to commercial PV systems in the small to medium power range.

High cost-effectiveness

Thanks to its high system voltage of up to 1,100 V (operating voltage up to 1,000 V), the Kostal PIKO CI G2 commercial inverter enables optimised generator sizing and also allows for DC-side overloading of up to 150 per cent for a higher energy yield. Furthermore, the highly efficient energy conversion ensures maximum performance.

The integrated DC isolator ensures the generator is safely disconnected, whilst the elimination of external string combiner boxes significantly reduces installation costs. Furthermore, the integrated KOSTAL Smart AC Switch ensures cost-effective grid disconnection.

Simple integration and control

The commercial inverter utilises the PIKO CI App and the PIKO CI Config Tool for quick and straightforward commissioning. The Kostal Solar App also ensures convenient monitoring and optimisation.

Thanks to flexible connectivity via RS485 or common standard protocols such as Modbus and TCP, the system can be seamlessly integrated into existing monitoring solutions. All relevant system information is also available at any time via the integrated data logger.

High safety

The Kostal PIKO CI G2 commercial inverter impresses with its robust design and features a protection rating of IP66, making it suitable for outdoor installation across a wide temperature range from -25 °C to +60 °C. Simple cable routing and the cost-effective 4-wire AC connection – even without a neutral conductor in balanced networks – ensure straightforward installation.

The inverter also includes a replaceable Type 2 surge protector on both the AC and DC sides, whilst the integrated DC arc fault circuit interrupter (AFCI) ensures maximum safety.

A 5-year warranty extension can be purchased for a fee from the KOSTAL Solar webshop within the first 2 years of purchase.
